1 - HOW DO I COLLECT THE GIFT CARD?

During the checkout phase, after selecting the desired Gift Card amount, you can choose whether to collect the Card directly at the Shopping Centre via the Click & Collect service or to have it sent directly to the home of the person you wish to give it to. At the end of the purchase you will receive an email with very detailed instructions on the next steps, depending on the type of collection.


2 - CAN THE GIFT CARD BE USED IN ALL SHOPS? *

Yes, in all the shops in the Shopping Centre equipped with a POS with a magnetic stripe reader that accepts payments using the Mastercard® network


3 - How long is the Gift Card valid?

The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


4 - Can I choose the amount of the Card?

Certainly, you can select the amount for each Gift Card, from a minimum of 5.00 € to a maximum of 400.00 €. The Click&Collect mode allows a maximum amount of 400 € per transaction.


5 - If I have more than one card, can I spend the Gift Cards together?

It depends on the cash desk system of the individual point of sale. The Gift Cards can be combined to obtain a single one by calling the toll-free number 900 056 008. The operation costs €1.00 for the first two Gift Cards and €0.20 each for all the others.


6 - If the remaining credit does not cover the total amount, can I pay the remainder in cash?

It depends on the till system at the individual point of sale. In most cases yes, you only have to split the payment in two. The important thing is to be charged an amount equal to the amount on the Gift Card and never more, otherwise the payment fails.


7 - Should the receipt be given to the person receiving the gift?

Yes, the receipt should be handed over to the person receiving the Gift Card as a gift and should be kept in a safe place. In the event of theft or problems, the receipt is valid.


8 - I have lost/stolen my Gift Card, what should I do?

The customer must retrieve the receipt issued when the card was collected and use that to block the card and issue a new one at a cost of €5.95. In any case, we recommend contacting the toll-free number 900 056 008.


9 - Although the card is loaded, it doesn't work for purchases. What should I do?

- 1. Check that the card has not expired.
- 2. Check that the balance on the card does not exceed the amount spent: if it does, suggest splitting the transaction in two and paying the rest with another card or in cash.

10 - Do the gift cards have to be activated?

Once issued, all gift cards are active and usable.
